Notice is hereby given that the City of Jonestown Board of Adjustments and Appeals will hear a request for a variance from the City of Jonestown’s Code of Ordinances at a meeting to be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 18649 FM 1431, Suite 3A, Jonestown, TX. The purpose of the meeting is to give all citizens the opportunity to speak and be heard regarding the request below:
A request by Chad Kristin and Sheri Dube for a variance from the Jonestown Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14 Zoning, Section 14.02.061(h)(3)(C), to allow construction of a second driveway for property located at 17761 Reed Park Road, (Lot 4A, Replat of Lots 3&4, Falls Hollow Subdivision), Jonestown, Texas.
